So what is it that you do exactly?

We are a mobile bartending company with a cool feature, Peregrina. Our horse trailer was converted into a bar that we can pull and set up at private events. We are a dry-hire mobile bar, so we do not sell or provide alcohol.

You don’t provide the alcohol? What?? So who does?

The client (you) are responsible for purchasing all the alcohol due to Illinois/Iowa state licensing requirements. But don’t worry! After discussing and creating your customized package we will guide you through the shopping list and can even work to get you the best options through our preferred distributor!

I want “Peregrina” at my event, what do I need to know?

We will require access to a flat surface for set up and breakdown. We can work indoor or outdoor events as long there is width for us to pull inside. We need a entry way of 8 ft wide X 10 ft long X 8 ft high.

Do you need electricity?

We require an electrical hookup but if one can not be provided we do have a generator fee of $75. Also, we will need access to running water input to connect our hose.

Do you have insurance?

Of course! We carry general and liquor liability insurance. If you have any questions on your venue’s restrictions, we would love to reach out to them. We will gladly add your venue on our COI and send your venue a copy. We are a Limited Liability Company, and our staff carries ServSafe, BASSET, AND IPACT certification.

Cancellation policy?

We require a 50% non-refundable initial payment to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 30 days from event day, any cancellations made within 30 days of event date, lose the right to a full refund.
